Passionate Chef Darren Shaw cooks his heart out in the tiny kitchen in the corner of the restaurant and has very quickly earned a reputation for his bold cooking which manages to be creative, elegant and punchy in equal measure . The provenance of the dishes Darren creates ensures a fabulous culinary experience.
We also own Pronto, a gelateria and cafe right next to Ludlow Castle. Gelato makers 'Gelatistry of Shrewsbury', stock us with their excellent small batch, artisan gelato, which is always part of the dessert menu at No. 3. and makes the most perfect affogato.
